Description

The ralts stood motionless on the edge of the surf, small waves lapping at his front paws. "I wish you were here", he whispered, his voice cracking as he stared at the flower he held up gently with his psychic powers. "It wasn't fair, you know. It was never fair to you", he continued quietly, his voice slightly bitter, "But you did the best you could. Half the time I don't do your memory justice." He blinked back tears, his stoic expression broken for a moment. He succeeded in refusing to cry, because, no, he couldn't, he couldn't let himself cry. Gaea would have never wanted him to cry over her; she was too proud to think otherwise. "I miss you, sis, and thank you for everything you did for me. You were always there, even to that last, terrible day." Roman lowered the flower into the water with care. "Later, sis", he said softly, "I hope your soul finds peace, wherever it is."

this was sorta rushed but i like how the water turned out
